In no event shall phoark's aggregate liability to you for all claims relating to the Platform exceed the amount you paid to phoark in the twelve (12) months preceding the date the claim arose, or PHP 10,000, whichever is less.

We will investigate your complaint and respond within ten (10) business days. All complaints should include your account username, date and time of the incident, description of the issue, and any supporting documentation.

11.3 Arbitration
